Riverwalk Park is situated along the both shores of Lake Chelan and is known for its’ one-mile scenic river loop trail. This is very beautiful paved path that gives you an opportunity to have a pleasant walk.
The park also features the Riverwalk Pavilion, where different concerts take place in summer.
Visitors come here to enjoy the walking path around the lower part of Chelan Lake. The river loop trail stretches from the old bridge to the new one.
It should be said that Lake Chelan is a great place for boating. Here visitors may enjoy not only splendid views, but also different kinds of water sports.
Riverwalk Park is a place where tourists can launch a boat and enjoy the boat ride.
Several words should be said about fishing, because Lake Chelan is one of the best places for fishing in the northwest region. The Lake Chelan fishing season goes all the year round and fish here do not migrate, because the fish are landlocked. Fishing here is fabulous, because every year stocking programs release a great number of Chinook Salmon, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout and Kokanee.
On the territory of the park there is a great picnic shelter and different picnic areas. This is a perfect place for family picnic.
